This past year has been filled with opportunities for growth, fellowship, and service. We facilitated numerous training and fellowship venues that have touched the lives of our children and youth. Through creative arts and an inspiring youth camp, we have seen young hearts ignited with passion for Christ. For our women, the S.H.E. quarterly gatherings provided much-needed encouragement and connection, fostering a strong community of faith. Our men, through the Baptist Men’s Leadership Trainings, have been equipped to lead with purpose and strength.
We must also acknowledge the important work of our church assistance team, particularly the partnership with Malama Christian Fellowship as they undertook significant renovations on their campus. Their dedication to evangelism and training reflects our shared commitment to spreading the Gospel throughout the island.
As we celebrate milestones, we remember the 90th Anniversary of First Baptist Church of Wahiawa—a testament to God’s faithfulness over the years. Life Christian Church has also taken an exciting step, moving to their new location at Halawa Heights, and we pray for God’s continued blessing on their ministry. Our church plants that has endured and thrived like the Connections Church in Kapolei.
We are grateful for our vital partnership with the Hawaii Pacific Baptist Convention, which has strengthened our network through monthly pastors' forums and fellowship meetings. This year, we were blessed to ordain An D Nguyen as Pastor for the Cambodia Ministry, as well as Cody Rogers, who was ordained to ministry hosted by Hamama Christian Fellowship. These moments remind us of the calling God places on our lives.
We are also excited to welcome Aloha Nani into our network, along with several other churches that are in the process of joining us. Together, we celebrate the cooperative giving of each congregation, which fuels our mission and allows the Gospel to move forward across our island.
Today, we honor our incoming pastors and workers and express gratitude for those who are transitioning out of their roles. Above all, we gather in worship to exalt our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and is our Savior. We celebrate the unending work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of our people, transforming hearts and building His Kingdom.
Thank you for being here today as we reflect on all that God has done and look forward to what He will continue to accomplish through us. Let’s lift our voices in praise as we celebrate His faithfulness together!
